My experience –
According to my own experience, I will tell you the home remedy that I have tried, and it has also benefited me. Although there are many Ayurvedic remedies, I will tell you about home remedies.
Simple and effective remedy for knee pain
Ingredients- Mustard oil, turmeric, fig leaves, aloe vera, cotton strip.
Take out the gel from the fresh leaves of aloe vera, that is, take out the liquid thick substance inside the aloe vera in a bowl. Add turmeric powder and mustard oil to it in proportion to the gel and mix well. Keep on stirring till all three are united when its coating is ready. Now clean the fig leaves and heat them on a slow flame in a pan or pot. Apply mustard oil on both sides of the leaves. From here you apply aloe vera turmeric paste on the place of pain or on the knees. Hot leaves on this paste should be as hot as you can tolerate, apply them all around the paste. Cover the paste completely with leaves and tie it with a strip of cotton cloth. You can do this before sleeping at night so that after applying it, there is not much walking around. You will feel yourself and the pain will be relieved.
Other useful measures-
Coconut oil-
Put coconut oil in hot water and let it heat up. Massage with light hot oil.
Fenugreek seeds
Soak fenugreek seeds at night make a fine paste of it in the morning and apply it on the knees. Keep it for at least half an hour.
Mustard oil and camphor-
Heat mustard oil, and put some camphor balls in it. When the camphor dissolves completely, massage it on your knees. Apply daily before sleeping, you will get relief.
Make oil for massage-
Heat 250 grams of mustard oil. Add 10-12 cloves of garlic, fenugreek seeds, dry ginger and carom seeds to it and cook it well. You can use it daily by keeping it in a glass vessel. This is especially useful in winter.
Milk and Turmeric-
Mix half a spoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk and drink it. Turmeric and milk also give relief from all kinds of pain.
Potato water-
Peel the potato cut it into pieces and soak it in water. Keep it soaked overnight filter it in the morning and drink its water on an empty stomach. Beneficial for knee pain.
Cinnamon and honey-
Cinnamon is very useful. Vegetables are also used in spices! Its importance in Ayurveda! Cinnamon powder can also be used by adding it to milk and tea. It is beneficial to take it regularly with honey on an empty stomach in the morning.
STOMACH AND DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS
Turmeric Picked-
Chunks are beneficial for pain. Making a paste of turmeric and lime in mustard oil and heating it lightly, gives relief in knee pain.
Ashwagandha-
Mix about 50 grams of Ashwagandha, 25 grams of dry ginger powder and sugar powder and keep it. Taking 3 to 4 grams daily with lukewarm milk gives relief from knee pain. It has been described as an old popular medicine.
Apple vinegar-
Mixing 1 apple vinegar (2 spoons) in 2 cups of water and drinking it continuously, the pain stops.
2- Putting apple vinegar in hot water and keeping the painful part immersed for half an hour, the pain stops.
3-Massage by mixing apple vinegar and olive oil.
Red chilli –
Take 2 spoons of red chilli and make a paste by mixing it with olive oil. Apply this paste on the painful area for a week.
Ginger-
Boil ginger in water and mix lemon and honey in it.
Turmeric-
Drink turmeric powder mixed with milk. Boil ginger in water and drink it after adding turmeric to it.
lemon-
Cut the lemon into small pieces and tie it to a cotton cloth. Dip this bundle in sesame oil and tie it to the painful place. Keep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Other measures are beneficial:
Soak a cotton cloth in hot water and keep baking it.
2- Consume cinnamon, ginger and turmeric in food.
3- Take dry ginger, fenugreek seeds and turmeric in equal quantities roast them well on a griddle and make a fine powder. Take one spoonful of lukewarm water after eating.
4-Take fenugreek powder with hot water-
5-Eat a clove of garlic with curd or honey on an empty stomach in the morning.
6-Walnut Regular consumption of 2 to 4 walnuts and linseed seeds reduces pain.
7- Consume an equal quantity of selected wheat grains with water, milk or curd.
Precautions –
Always protect the joints from injury. Use safety pads while playing any sport! It is believed that the injury caused in youth also shows effect in growing age and major diseases like knees and hip bones can be damaged. Even there may be a need for replacement.
Stay Dynamic! Always doing something! Keep on walking! If the movement of the joints continues, then there will be relief from pain for a long time. sitting for long periods of time.
Avoid-
Keep your weight balanced. The effect of weight falls on your knees and waist. Being overweight can damage the cartilage between your joints.
Milk should be used regularly. It contains more calcium and vitamins, which are essential for the body. Milk strengthens bones.
Getting up and sitting should be done in the right way. Keep your spine straight while sitting down or on a chair.
Regular exercise and yoga should be done.
