You can use fenugreek and celery for the problem of high blood pressure. For this, soak one teaspoon of fenugreek and celery powder in a glass of water, and consume it every morning on an empty stomach.

  1. Triphala

The use of Triphala is very beneficial for patients with high blood pressure, for this, soak 20 grams of Triphala in water overnight and then filter this water in the morning and mix 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey in it and drink it, the problem of blood pressure I get rest.

  1. Lemon

Take Arjun tea at bedtime i.e. 1.5 hours after dinner, and drink this tea at around 9:30 pm daily. To make this, take 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of Arjun bark/bark powder and boil it. When the milk starts boiling, add a pinch of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of turmeric and 1 black pepper (crushed) to it. Then filter it and drink it sip by sip.
