Aloe-vera-Laddus (A type of sweet)

Aloe vera –

Cut and keep the leaves of aloe vera. Now if cow dung balls are of cow dung, then they are very beneficial! Burn the tuber, when it burns completely when the fire starts to appear, put aloe vera leaves in it and cover it with the tuber’s fire from above too. Take them out after cooking for a while! Take out the inside anus by cutting it from the leaves of aloe vera. Mix this gel part with some flour and make it like a pudding, now add pure desi ghee and sugar or sugar candy to it according to the need and make it like a pudding. Keep the ingredients so much that seven laddus can be made in seven days! Now make laddoos of 20 to 30 grams from this, and eat empty stomach in the morning! For back pain, joint pain, slipped disc, etc, the effect will be visible within 1 week.

Garlic and oil – (for two months)

Put 500 grams of peeled garlic buds in one litre of oil (sunflower or olive) and pack them in a glass utensil and keep them in the dark for 8 to 10 days. Keep stirring it daily! Open it after 10 days and filter its oil. Now your oil is ready, apply it daily morning and evening.

Make garlic immediately with ajwain –

Mix some peeled garlic cloves and little carom seeds in coconut or mustard oil and heat it, until the garlic cloves turn light almond, then take it off and let it cool! Filtering it and massaging the oil will also give you relief from pain.

Milk and Turmeric-

If you drink milk mixed with turmeric in the morning and evening, then it is also very beneficial. Turmeric relieves pain! Always drink milk while sitting.

Garlic paste –

Make a paste by mixing garlic cloves with some coconut oil and apply it on the painful area. After applying the paste, put a cloth soaked in hot water on it. This will give you more rest.
