Even though age is counted on the basis of birth, but biological age of every person is different. According to Harvard Medical School, biological age mainly depends on genes and the environment. According to Professor Sinclair, if you also want to know your biological age, then three factors are fitness, body composition, and life. How young are you-Measure yourself.

Daily Habits for Health

Ask your body eight questions –

   1-    How many are resting pulses?

          Sit calmly and check the pulse if the pulse is more than 100 in a minute,            then add one to the present age.

2-    Flexibility Cases –

Put the pero forward. Extend your hands in front. Draw a line just below the tip of the fingers. Now lean forward! As far as the hand goes, draw a line with a marker and measure the distance between the two lines in inches, if the distance is less than five inches, then add one to the score! 3-   How much physical strength –

      Do more pushups at once. If less than 10, add one to the score. If 20, then subtract one from the present age. If you reach 30, subtract two. If you stay from 10 to 19, do not make any changes.

4-   What is BMI

    Top BMI can be known like this! BMI – Weight in kilograms / Height in meters If BMI is less than 18.5, add one to the age. If 25 is 29.9 then add If there are more than 30, add If it is between 18.5 to 25, then subtract one.

 5-     How much is the waist and hips ratio –

          Measure the widest part of the hips in inches. Now divide the width of the hips by the width of the waist. The ideal ratio is 1 for men and 0.85 for women. If the ratio is greater than this, add 1 to your score.

  6-     How much do you sleep?

            If you take 7 to 9 hours of sleep every day, then reduce the score by 0.5! If you sleep 5 to 6 hours or more than 9 hours, add 1 to the score! Add 2 if you sleep less than 5 hours.

 7-   No intoxicants –

           If not, deduct the score by If you have more fathers than normal, then add 2 to the score. If you have never smoked, reduce the score by If it’s been 5 years or more since you quit smoking, subtract 2. If you smoke now, add 3

 8-  How do we take nutrition?

         If you take a balanced diet, keep the score the same; if the food is unbalanced, add 1
