A brief history of Kushalgarh state in 1663 AD. From 1975 to AD

Role –

Kushalgarh is located in the district Banswara in the south of the state of Rajasthan. It is a subdivision of Banswara district, which has two tehsils. (1) Tehsil Kushalgarh and (2) Tehsil Bagidora! Kushalgarh state was established in the year 1963 during the reign of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Out of the princes of Maharaja Jodhaji Rathor of Marwar state, 3 princes Ratan Singh ji, Raisingh ji, and Veer Singh ji came from the side of Malwa region and fought with the army of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in Fatehabad, as a result, Ratan Singh ji came (killed), his son settled in the village named Dharad, established the city of Ratlam in the name of his father and established the state of Ratlam. HISTORY OF KUSHALGARH

The other two brothers, Ram Singh ji Seilana, established the kingdom of Sitamau. Veer Singh ji established the efficient state of Jhabua. Similarly, the other sons of Jodha ji settled in Kishangarh State in Rajputana and many places in Ajmer Marwar – Shrinath, Masuda, Kharwa, Junia, Meher, Vaghero, etc. Here in the south of Rajputana, the sons of the Rana of Mewar established the kingdoms of Dungarpur and Banswara. History of Kushalgarh

The Mughal emperor wanted to capture Gujarat by raiding his feet. On the way to the Ahmedabad army, the hideouts of the Rathores were included in their army with the help of the state, and after climbing Gujarat, looted all the mall treasures of Gujarat and took them to Delhi! Established kingdoms and hideouts by giving Sanad to the helpers. In this way, Kushalgarh and Limdi, which are the hideouts of the Rathores, were established in the state by giving Royal Sanad to both places and making them independent hideouts! The King of Kushalgarh still has the Sanad of Aurangzeb available. In this way, Kushalgarh Rahi was established in the year 1963, and according to the guarantee of the British government, an “independent state” was established. History of Kushalgarh

A brief history of Kushalgarh state from 1663 to 1975 AD.

Step-2

As mentioned in the introduction, Kushalgarh state was established in 1663 AD. Even before this, one of his sons Mr. Akheraj Ji from Maharaja Jodhaji Rathore dynasty of Marwar state, and in his name here (COAT OF ARMS) “Akheraj Bhujbal Tat Kushal Sthapanam” was established prevalent! From Shri Akheraj ji to the present King Shri Manvendra Singh ji this 15th PD is going on! Akheraj ji’ is genealogy is like this –

Step-3

  (01) Original man – Thakur Saheb Shri Akheraj Singh ji established Akhepur village in his own name and built a pond! Samvat 1663 (02) Mr Ajab Singh ji (03) Mr Kirat Singh Ji, (04) Mr Dal Singh Ji, (05) Mr Kesari Kisan Singh Ji, (06) Mr Anchal Singh ji, (07) Mr Bhagwat Singh ji, who established the village of Bhagatpura in his own name, (08) Mr Hamir Singh ji, who built Hamirgad in his own name, (09) Mr Jaleem Singh ji, who established Jalimpura village in his own name in Tehsil Dungra, (10) Mr Zorawar Singh ji, who established the village of Joravarpura in his own name, (11) Mr Udai Singh ji, who made Udaybagh in his name and established Udaipura village, (12) Mr Ranjit Singh ji, who built Sri Satya Ranjitnath Temple and Ranjit Gad village inside the Raj Bhavan, (13) Mr Bij Bihari Singh ji, (14) Mr Harendra Singh ji, who established Harendra Sagar Talab village in Kasarwadi Tehsil Dungra and Harendra Nagar village, (15)   Mr. Manvendra Singh ji, in whose name Manvendra club is running in Kasba Kushalgarh, which is your father Mr. Harendra.Singh ji, it was established from the lotus, (16) Mr. Hemendra Singh ji.

Step-4

The founder of Kushalgarh state, Shri Akherajji came to Kushalgarh from Malwa, at that time this area was completely inhabited by Bhils. Came from Ratlam to Rawati in the south direction, on the way reached Kheda village, got the food prepared for the day, and returning from the forest to the direction met a sage Mahatma, who was pleased and blessed him and said that the food that you prepared was Thakur saheb Let him leave it for us and you will get as much land as you can cross the village before sunset by crushing it with your chieftain, kill him with your spear and spear him and he should establish his kingdom.

As soon as he got the blessings according to the words of the sage Mahatma. Akheraj ji left Kheda immediately and came here! At the time of sunset, he was literally struck by a rabbit, which he killed with his spear, buried his spear in the same place, and ended it. At that time, a Bhil chieftain Kushala Mayda had occupied this area with his authority.

Step-5

There was fierce fighting with this Bhil chieftain and the result was that after killing Kushala Maida, the area was named Mayyad tehsil, and the village was named “Kushalgarh”. Akheraj ji thus conquered and established this Kushalgarh with his Bhuj force. Established the state (COAT OF ARMS) by making “Akheraj Bhujbal Tat Kushal Sthapanam”! The title of “Raoji Sahib” was given to T.S. Hamir Singh ji from the immediate Maharaja Saheb Udaipur, Mewar and simultaneously T.S. Garhi also got the title of “Raoji Sahib”.

The marriage of Bai Saheb of Himmatgarh, the Bhayat hideout of Kushalgarh, took place with Maharawal ji of Banswara. This was the second marriage of Maharawal ji. Which was decided on the condition that the door of Himmatgarh should be made so high and big that Rawal could enter the fort with an elephant ride and kill him.

According to the condition, the door of the fort was built within a day and the marriage was completed. The prince (sons) of Rawal ji saheb’s two queen Sahebans (Chouhan ji and Jodhpuri ji) was born at the same time, due to which the issue arose of who should be considered as the successor of the state. When this question arose, both the maternal relatives of Rani Sahiban reached the court of Udaipur to take a decision on this matter, the reality was realized and the decision was sought by Maharaja Saheb.

Step-6

Maharaja Saheb gave his decision that the happy news (congratulations) of the birth of Kaver Saheb was conveyed to Rawal Ji Saheb by Queen Saheb whose Vadi (Vadaran) was first, he is the heir of the kingdom! The happy news of the birth of Maharaj Kuwar by Jodhpuri ji Rani sahib (the man of courage) was first conveyed to Rawal ji sahib by Vadaran. Therefore, according to the decision of Maharaja Udaipur, the son of Rani Sahib Jodhpuri, the successor of Banswara State, was declared Maharaj Kumar! On return, there was a big fight between the chieftains of both sides in Lohariya (Banswara) village, as a result of which the chief of the side of Rani Saheb of Himmatgarh was killed, whose incision is still located near Lohariya village.

Kushalgarh Raoji Saheb had to stay in Banswara for a long time as the guardian because of the minor age of the declared Maharaj Kumar (successor). When Banswada Rawal ji became an adult, he took up the state business. Impressed by the pressure and influence of the senior officials of the state, Rawal ji made many efforts to merge Kushalgarh’s state with his state.

All failed! For example, in a village near Kalinjara (Banswada), several goats were slaughtered by Raoji’s order, and the bones were buried here and there after some time, Rawal ji presented a complaint against Kushalgarh Raoji Saheb to Mewar Residency Udaipur that Kushalgarh Raoji is a very cruel king. They killed our poor Riyas (Bhil tribal people) and buried them in the ground! To investigate the matter of this complaint, the Residency Sahab set up a border court keeping his station in Kalinjara village.

Step-7

Diwan workers and lawyers from both the states and the Moaziz people of Kalinjara village were called and a thorough investigation was done. As a result, the report of Mewar Residency was presented to A.G.G. Which Rajputana Viceroy India A.G.G. Kushalgarh was declared as an independent state by giving recognition to Chiefshop on the recommendation of Raoji Saheb Hamirsingh’s childhood, Banswada Raoji again attacked Kushalgarh for the sake of his possession and control over Kushalgarh.

At that time, the widow of Kushalgarh, Bai Saheb Ejan Kunwar i.e. Anjana Kumari ji was the guardian and regent (state director) of her minor brother Hamir Singh ji. With her muscle power, Bajat herself went to the battle with her Sardar soldiers and defeated the enemies by fighting the army platoon of both states and by writing “Donkey” from both the states on the stone incision of the battlefield – Thi. Village of Tambesara in Molan and Tehsil Mayyad were buried in Gulab Sagar’s canal, which is still present, symbolizing the pledge and oath taken by the king of both of them that the state should never again come within the limits of Kushalgarh state. In this way, Kushalgarh became an independent state during the rule of Raoji Saheb Shri Hamir Singh ji and Jakhim Singh ji.

Step-8

Raoji Saheb Mr Zorawar Singh ji expanded the state like Emperor Akbar and ruled with complete happiness and peace! Your eldest son Maharaj Kunwar Shri Dolat Singh ji passed away in the condition of Kunwar post, and the second prince Shri Uday Singh ji was enthroned! In the year 1911 AD, Delhi was established from Calcutta, the capital of India, and Delhi Darbar of the British Empire in India was established on 11 December 1912 AD.

The coronation of British Emperor King George V took place in Mr. Raoji Sahib Mr. Uday Singh was invited to this Delhi court ceremony! On being invited, Shri Uday Singh ji along with his three princes. Mr. Ranjit Singh ji, Rajkumar Mr. Laxman Singh ji, Mr. Chatar Singh ji, and Kamdar Sardar came to Delhi with full glory! He set up his camp there and the way: 19/12/1912 King George and Queen Mary were seen meeting together with all the invited kings by participating in the coronation ceremony in Delhi Darbar! Photo of Darbar Saheb Kushalgarh honoured in Delhi Darbar and Delhi Darbar’s book received as a gift! Which is present in the court hall of Raj Bhawan.

Maharaj Kunwar Sahib Shri Ranjit Singh ji was born the eldest son of Rani Saheb of Ganoda, who became the heir of the state.

May the queen of Jhatra remain childless.

Step-9

After the demise of Raoji Saheb Shri Uday Singh ji, M.Ku.Sa. Mr Ranjit Singh ji became the successor of the state after receiving the recognition of the British Government and became Gadi Nashin. You improved the Raj Bhawan during your reign. Get government departments and buildings etc. built! Specially built the temple of my favourite God Shri Satyanarayan alias Shri Satya Ranjit Nath and his ashram “Ranjitashram” nearby! Udyapan (idol installation) of the temple was completed with a big ceremony with great devotion and faith.

You had to stay out since 1936 due to domestic discord and poor governance arrangements and due to the minor age of Bhawar Saheb, the state’s governance remained in the hands of Pulari Kal Injah and Resident Mewar Udaipur for almost 5 years! In the year 1949, Mr Raoji Sahib and Mr Ranjit Singh ji died near Badi Sarwa Tehsil while coming to Kushalgarh from Indore due to serious illness. Mr Bhanwar Saheb Mr Harendra Kumar Singh, who was studying at Mayo College, Ajmer, sat on the throne and was declared Raoji Saheb.
