Lunch-

Lunch Lunch should be taken between 12 noon and 2 pm because Pitta Kaal is at its peak between 12 pm and 1 pm. At this time all the enzymes and bile juices of our body are active. Bile is responsible and important for digestion, so take care of this time. According to Ayurveda, lunch should be the main meal of the day. Taking a light walk for a few minutes after eating will help in digestion. Do not drink water immediately after eating. After half an hour drink lukewarm water sip by sip.

What to eat in the evening, what not to take vegetable juice in the evening, which can include bottled gourd, petha, cucumber, spinach, carrot, etc. You can also take mixed juice of carrot, tomato, and beetroot. Fruits can also be done and green tea can also be drunk.

It is very good to drink a glass of wheat sorghum juice. This leads to internal purification of the body and the diseases present in the body gradually end. After reaching home from the office, relax for five minutes, then wash your hands, feet, and face. If you feel more tired, then massage almond oil on the head. Dinner-

Dinner, By the way, dinner should be done before sunset, but it must be done 2-3 hours before sleeping. Just as we work throughout the day and rest by sleeping at night, similarly our digestive organs work 24 hours a day. That’s why dinner should be light and digestible so that the digestive organs do not have to work hard and our sleep and health are good.

Do not include fried things, cold things, sweets, and milk-made things in the dinner. Salads, boiled vegetables, soup, fruit, porridge, or thin porridge are better for the night. In today’s lifestyle, too one must sleep by 10.30. After 10 o’clock in the night, Pitta Kaal starts again, in which you will feel hungry and then have to eat, which is not good.

Division of Tridoshas According to Ayurveda, Vata-Pitta-Kapha doshas are divided into two chakras. According to the first chakra, the division of the Tridoshas, the four hours from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. is called Kapha Kaal.

At this time warm water, water with honey, Triphala, etc. should be taken so that phlegm remains comfortable and phlegm disorders do not occur. The time of four hours from 10 am to 2 pm is called Pittakaal. The digestive system remains active during this period. Eat food, especially at lunchtime. The four hours from 2 pm to 6 pm are called Vayu Kaal. Do not consume airborne substances. Take coconut water between 4 to 6 in the evening, and eat fruits.

The division of Tridosh in the second cycle, the four hours from 6 pm to 10 pm is called Kafkaal. Do not consume curd, radish, cold drinks, etc. at this time. The time of four hours from 10 pm to 2 am is called Pittakaal. Sleep before the start of this period, during this avoid eating food. The time of four hours from midnight 2 am to 6 am is called Vayukaal. Take pure air between 4 to 6 in the morning.
